Daily Gaming Tidbits 05/28/09

• Microsoft has announced that they have broke the 30 million mark in unit sales.
• The 784MB Fight Night Round 4 demo is now available on XBLM exclusively to Gold Members.
• Warner Bros has a new LotR game coming in the fall. The third-person action adventure game The Lord of the Rings: Aragorn’s Quest will be released for the Wii, DS, & PSP.
• Firefly Studios as a new Stronghold title in the works. The new castle-building RTS game is an MMO. Yep, you read that right. Stronghold Kingdoms is going to be an MMO.
• Dead Space Extraction now has a release date: September 29, 2009
• The 2nd DLC pack for Saints Row 2, called Corporate Warfare, is available now for 560MP on XBLM or $7.00 on PSN.
• Sony’s Home service on the PS3 is getting a new space for their trivia game called Buzz!. The space, titled BUZZ! HQ, will feature a 64 player trivia mega-game.
• PS3 Bomberman fans will have some joy on June 11th. Bomberman Ultra will be released on the PSN. No price yet, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s $10.
• Indiana Jones & The Staff Of Kings is being released on June 9th on DS, Wii, PSP and PS2.
• SOCOM: Fireteam Bravo 3 will feature 4-player co-op.
• Age of Pirates 2: City of Abandoned Ships is available now at retail stores in the US
• Sony has added several new titles to their Greatest Hits line. Each of these will be repackaged & carry a retail price of $30:
  • Army of Two, Electronic Arts
  • Battlefield: Bad Company, Electronic Arts
  • Devil May Cry 4, Capcom
  • Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, Sony Computer Entertainment America
  • Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, Konami
  • Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction, Sony Computer Entertainment America
