  • Congratulations are in order for the team over at The Behemoth. Castle Crashers is now the fastest growing XBLA game ever, topping the one million players mark yesterday!
  • So, what happens when you finish Mass Effect Galaxy for the iPhone/iTouch? "Your reward for completing the game is already waiting for you in Mass Effect 2." Hmmm…
  • The Punisher: No Mercy has a date now!! It’ll hit the PSN on July 2nd for $10. I’m very excited for this one as it looks to be shaping up to be what a Punisher game should be. An FPS powered by the Unreal Engine…
  • Microsoft has finally announced a first party wireless mic that will be compatible with the Lips franchise along with the Rock Band & Guitar Hero franchise. Wanna see it?

  • Final Fantasy VII has sold 100,000 copies on the PSN in it’s first 2 weeks of availability. In related news, the PSN userbase has grown to 25 million. Overall downloads have hit 500 million worldwide. Sony has also confirmed that PSOne titles Wild Arms 2, Mobile Light Force & Spec Ops will be hitting the service this summer.

  • The cover athlete for NCAA Basketball 10 has been announced: Blake Griffin, former Oklahoma Sooner and the projected top pick in the 2009 NBA Draft.
  • Woot! Kalypso Media announced today that they are bringing Tropico 3 to the Xbox 360!
  • EA has said that they view the leak of The Sims 3 to the piracy sites as a “Demo Program”. I say they would feel different if it was another title. They can safely say that about anything The Sims related because they know it will sell like hotcakes no matter what.
