Battlefield 1943 is available now on XBLA. The PSN version will launch tomorrow…

The new support for NinjaBee’s Band of Bugs is also out today. Now, the game has Avatar support along with a new DLC pack (called Tales of Kaloki) that takes the basic idea behind the game & that’s it. Everything else from the setting to the characters are new. Plus, it’s only 240MP…

UFC Unleashed 2009 has a new update coming soon. It’s expected to address quitters, lag issues, difficulty concerns, a freeze bug with the PS3 version & a bunch of other issues. No release date yet, but they anticipate it to be soon…

EA has announced that they are preparing a sequel to the Nerf/Wii crossover title, N-Strike. Titled Nerf 2: N-Strke Elite, it’ll ship with a newly designed gun called NERF SWITCH SHOT EX-3, which will have a decoder lens. Looks like this game will be going the covert-ops route. It’ll still have the same basic gameplay, but the decoder lens is going to be used to help solve puzzles & find enemy weak points. Look for it to ship this fall…

Big news for me personally: That survey I told you about a few weeks back regarding a possible 4th entry in the Command & Conquer universe is looking to be true. EA’s UK PR  folks announced it on Twitter, although it’s a bit early as the press release hasn’t gone live yet. Once it does, I’ll post it here for everyone…

Mortal Kombat god Ed Boon said on his Twitter page that any hopes of DLC for MK vs DC is pretty much dead now. Sounded like Harley Quinn & Quan Chi was all but ready too…
