Daily Gaming Tidbits 07/23/09

  • Another new Special Infected has been announced for Left 4 Dead 2. If you remember, Valve announced the Charger at E3. Now, we get the Spitter. This guy makes a hacking sound & then coughs up a ball of green phelgm. Once it hits the ground, it spreads & emits a gas that will slowly damage the survivors.   • Sounds like Guerilla Games is about done with Killzone 2. Producer Seb Downie told videogamer.com that “Right now we’re going to take a step back from Killzone 2. We’ve been working non-stop since the disc version was released on patches, DLC and http://www.killzone.com updates, so need some time to reflect on what is actually out there.” So, I ask you, is a break feasible or are they done & moving on to their next game?…
