Usually Larry “Major Nelson” Hyrb announces the week’s Arcade, Deal of the Week, & Games on Demand titles during his weekly podcast. But since he was out of town this weekend, we had to wait until this morning to find out what’s coming up. Launching on Arcade will be three titles: 0-D Beat Drop (800 MP), NBA Unrivaled (1200 MP), & Encleverment Experiment (800 MP). Yeah, I wasn’t very familiar with them either (ok, I’ll be honest, the only one I had ever heard of was NBA Unrivaled…). After a bit of looking, I found that Beat Drop is essentially a puzzler done to the beat of the music. Unrivaled will provide some 5-on-5 Arcade B-Ball action to your console. And Encleverment Experiment is a bunch of mini-games in the same vein as Brain Age.
This week’s Deal of the Week is for the Ultor Exposed game add-on for Saint’s Row II. It’s being reduced 30% for Gold members (i.e. from 800 MP to 560 MP). Queue it up here…
