This Week On Xbox LIVE Marketplace

This Week On Xbox LIVE Marketplace

Microsoft’s Deal of the Week is actually a 3-fer: Marvel vs Capcom 2 (800 MP), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time Reshelled (400 MP) & Invincible Tiger: The Legend of Han Tao (800 MP). Honestly, these are the prices they should have been right from the beginning. Especially the TMNT title, which was a very short, yet polished up arcade port & Invincible Tiger, which is one of those games that I personally didn’t get in to. Han Tao was certainly tough to recommend, so even at 800 MP, I suggest you try the demo first.

On the Arcade front, look for the Populous-esq Darwinia+ to release the day after tomorrow. Featuring the original indie hit Darwinia & it’s sequel, Multiwinia, it’s probably the best Action RTS you’ve never heard of. This will be Introvison’s first foray into the console world, so hopefully the controls port over comfortably. For more info, check out the Darwinia site here

I haven’t seen what the official Games on Demand releases will be, but I know that both Resident Evil 5 & Street Fighter IV are en route for the service, so there is a good chance they will be arriving this week. Also, look for some Resident Evil 5-themed Avatar items to hit the Avatar Marketplace soon, most likely the same week that the title hits the Games on Demand service…
