The Kingdom’s Future

As some of you may be aware already, I’ve accepted an offer to join the team at GameFocus.ca. I’ll be assisting Jay & James in the day-to-day operations of the site as the Senior Editor. I’ll still be writing news, reviews, previews, etc…, just like I do here. The biggest change is that it won’t be here. So where does that lead Quagmire’s Kingdom? Well, it’ll be pretty much the same except the content updates will lessen dramatically. Most of my content will go to Game Focus. I’m still debating on if I want to bring in any more writers to help keep QK more current. This site was tailored to reflect my personality, both in style & writing. So I’m not sure how it would play out having another team here. It’s a great springboard for those looking to cut their teeth in the writing side of things, yet don’t want to deal with the admin side of it. I’m curious what you guys think. Should QK stay with just me (along with a few guests every now & then) as it has been or would you be interested in seeing a new team take over the majority of the writing duties?

Regardless of which way things go, Quagmire’s Kingdom isn’t going away. I want to thank all of you who have supported me over the last year & invite you to come on over to GameFocus.ca & check it out…
