- Exciting news for all the Fallout fans. Bethesda announced this morning that another game in the franchise is in the works. It’s not a sequel. The story runs parallel with Fallout 3. It will be called Fallout: New Vegas & it’s being developed by Obsidian! Currently, it’s scheduled for a 2010 release. Look for further info during my E3 coverage.
- Microsoft announced their latest hardware bundle this morning. According to the post on Major Nelson’s blog, the new bundle, called the Xbox 360 Game of the Year bundle will be an Elite Xbox 360 system bundles with both Halo 3 & Fable 2. If you don’t have one, this is a fantastic deal to take advantage of.
- For those Xbox 360 owners who hadn’t heard, Microsoft is doing a contest where the first prize is a new car & tickets to E3. Go here for the details.
- Insomniac Games, the developers behind the Ratchet & Clank games, has narrowed down the finalists in the Captain Qwark’s My Blaster Runs Hot Weapons contest. Go here to vote for your favorite.
- Good news for all the SingStar fans. A global patch was released today adding Trophy support.
- The Left 4 Dead Survival pack releases tomorrow at 2AM PST.
- SOE has opened registration for Fan Faire 2009. It’ll run from June 25th through 28th at the Bally’s hotel and casino. Go here for the details.
