Apparently gamers who haven’t been able to upgrade to an HD display are have been having trouble reading the many lines of text in the recently launched Mass Effect 2. There’s even a thread about it in the official forums. Bioware’s response? Well, according to Mass Effect Project Manager Michael Gamble, “it was a byproduct of enhancements to the user interface” & they can’t address it with a patch, but will keep it in mind for their future Mass Effect titles. According to Joystiq, Microsoft is releasing the previously-bundle-only Xbox 360 250GB HD individually in Japan on March 11th. It’ll run about 15,540 yen (which is about $170 here in the US). Microsoft’s Games on Demand service is adding Halo Wars ($29.99) & Dead Rising ($19.99) today… Remember the “exclusive” content that the Playstation 3 Divine Edition of Dante’s Inferno will have in it? Well, it’s official. Netflix will now (finally?) be available on all three current generation platforms. According to this piece from the Associated Press, Wii owners will get the option to stream Netflix to their consoles beginning this spring. A couple of things to keep in mind though:  a) There won’t be a native dashboard user interface. It won’t be like the Xbox 360 version. Instead, subscribers will have to order a (free of charge) streaming disk just like the Playstation 3 owners.  b) The Wii doesn’t support HD, so anything you stream to the console will have to...
