Microsoft’s Games on Demand service is adding Halo Wars ($29.99) & Dead Rising ($19.99) today… Remember the “exclusive” content that the Playstation 3 Divine Edition of Dante’s Inferno will have in it? Well, it won’t be exclusive in the strictest sense of the word. The Dark Forest DLC will be coming to the Xbox 360, for free, just like the Playstation 3 version. It just won’t be at launch… Bookmark It Hide Sites

Batman Arkham Asylum 2 is already available for pre-order through Amazon. Crayon Physics is a small indie PC title that really deserves your attention. It’s a brilliant puzzler that will tax your brain, regardless of the kindergarten-esq visuals the crayons provide. The good folks at Kloonigames are celebrating the title’s 1st birthday by doing a “pay what you want” sale. That’s right, just head over here & pay any amount you feel is appropriate using PayPal. You can undercut them & only pay a penny, but seriously, this one is worth much more than that (regular price is $19.95). The sale is ongoing until Jan 15th, so you only have...

Review: Kingdom Of Gnester (iPhone)

Review: Kingdom Of Gnester (iPhone)
So I’m beginning to come around. I’m starting to accept the iPhone/iTouch as a gaming platform to a certain degree. I still can’t say I want to see big titles along the lines of Mass Effect or Fallout 3 on it, but I think the smaller, casual style games definitely have a place on the device. That was made totally apparent to me after playing Kingdom of Gnester. I had been leaning toward picking up an iTouch for quite some time, but since I have several other iPods along with my Zune, I just couldn’t justify the expense. When the guys at Another Castle Studios asked if I...

Tekken 6 will be getting an update on the Playstation 3 & Xbox 360 tomorrow. So, the rumors that started floating around the other day are true: Nintendo plans to release a new DSi with a bigger screen. Dubbed the DSi XL here in the States, it will carry a screen that’s 93% bigger than the current DSi. In Japan, it will retail for a bit more than the regular model, so I’m going to assume the cost increase will carry over in both North America & in Europe. Before all the haters start flaming their favorite forums, I just want to remind everyone that this is pretty much par for the course for Nintendo. How many different iterations of the Game Boy was released...

I’ll start this edition off with a question: How is Rock Band for iPhone/iTouch? As a huge fan of the franchise, I’m curious to see how it transitioned over. The Sims 3: World Adventures Picks Up World Stars

The Sims 3: World Adventures Picks Up World Stars
EA announced today that they have added some musicians from around the world to bring fresh content to their upcoming Sims 3 expansion, World Adventures. Artists like Nelly Furtado, Pixie Lott, & Young Punx all will add songs to the game. Of course, the songs won’t be a direct copy, as each song in a Sims game is sung in Simish. World Adventures will expand the world for your Sims, allowing them to travel to places like Egypt & China. They will have access to new skills & personal goals as well as meet a bunch of new people. Below is a list of the artists EA has announced so far,...
