The popular (& obscenely cute) Lego game franchise will be adding a 3rd title in it’s Star Wars series. Dubbed The Clone Wars, this new game will draw from the Cartoon Network series of the same name, boasting a better level editor, squad command & long distance Jedi attacks. You should see all the characters from the animated series making an appearance in the game along with “some fan-favourite characters from the beloved theatrical Star Wars Saga”. Apparently gamers who haven’t been able to upgrade to an HD display are have been having trouble reading the many lines of text in the recently launched Mass Effect 2. There’s even a thread about it in the official forums. Bioware’s response? Well, according to Mass Effect Project Manager Michael Gamble, “it was a byproduct of enhancements to the user interface” & they can’t address it with a patch, but will keep it in mind for their future Mass Effect titles. If I had to rank my all time top franchises, regardless of platform, Fallout is right there in the top 5. That’s saying a lot considering how many games I’ve played over the course of my 34 years. It’s a fairly well known fact that I’m a fan of the BioShock franchise (in fact, it’s one of my all-time favorites). According to Joystiq, Microsoft is releasing the previously-bundle-only Xbox 360 250GB HD individually in Japan on March 11th. It’ll run about 15,540 yen (which is about $170 here in the US).
